Self-awareness, headless
Tell undrstand what happened, in your own words. It finds what keeps setting you off, what you keep doing, and the feelings that come with it, so you can see it and change what you want to change.
No app to install. Talk to it through Claude, or build on the API.
You do not need to keep a diary. A few lines about a moment that got to you is enough.
A message, a spoken note, a forwarded email. In any language, as messy as you like. undrstand keeps your words exactly as you said them.
Every capture is split into situations: what set you off, what you felt, what you did. Over days those add up, and undrstand counts what keeps coming back rather than guessing.
Patterns come with the feelings they carry, how often they show up, and what they happen more with. Accept the ones that are yours, reject the ones that are not, and it learns.
You want to understand why you react the way you do, without another app to keep up. Connect Claude and talk about your day.
Connect Claude →
Build a journal, a dashboard or an intake tool on the same engine. Register an app, ask for the scopes you need, and use the REST API.
Apps and OAuth →
You do not write code, but Claude does. Connect it to undrstand and ask it to build the page you want on top of your own data.
Build your own UI →
undrstand has no interface of its own. That is the point.
Every capability is a REST endpoint and an MCP tool with the same outcome. Claude, ChatGPT, your own app: all first-class.
Everything is stored per user in the EU. Apps only see what you grant them, scope by scope, and you can revoke that at any time. Delete your account and it is gone.
Use it from a chat, generate a page with Claude, or build a full product. The analysis stays the same whichever door you take.
Connect Claude, tell it about something that got to you today, and see what undrstand makes of it after a few days.
